Coaching Pool

The Tempo Coaching Pool is a network of qualified coaches who will support community programming, camps, clinics, and in-game activations. This pool will enable scalable, high-quality delivery of basketball programming while maintaining strong safety, inclusion, and coaching standards.

Coach Requirements

• Eligibility
  • 18+ years old
  • Minimum high school-level coaching experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with youth
• Safety & Compliance
  • Criminal Record Check / Vulnerable Sector Check (CRC/VSC) required
  • Coaches Association of Canada Safe Sport Training (free e-learning)
• Recommended Training Pathways
  • Canada Basketball “Coaching Basketball 101”
