What is the minimum size for a group outing?
The minimum size to qualify for a group rate is 10 tickets.
How do I reserve group tickets and when is final payment due?
- You can reserve Tempo group tickets by first placing a group deposit. A group sales rep will contact you to book your group outing.
- A down payment is required at time of booking to secure your seats. Final payment is due 45 days after initial booking. Payment is required in full before receiving digital access to your tickets.

How much are group tickets?
Tickets vary based on the game and seating location. Prices and seating locations are subject to change and tickets are based on availability.
Where will our seats be located?
All group seating is based on availability and may vary by game. Please work with your Group Sales team member to discuss seating options for your group.
How are tickets distributed?
Tickets can be accessed through the Tempo Account Manager on your mobile device once the final balance is paid.
Can I print my tickets?
No, we are mobile entry only. You can access your Tempo group tickets on your mobile device through the Tempo Account Manager, once you have paid for all of your group tickets in full.
What is a Group Experience Package?
A Group Experience Package is an opportunity for your group to take part in a special offering that enhances the game-day experience beyond attending the game.
How do I reserve a Group Experience Package?
Each Group experience has a revenue minimum. Once that requirement is reached, your group may qualify (based on availability) for a specific Group Experience. Contact Groups@tempobasketball.com to reserve a Group Experience Package this season.
Can I add additional tickets after my initial purchase?
Yes, subject to availability. Toronto Tempo cannot guarantee the same price or that the additional tickets will be with your current group, unless all your tickets are purchased at the same time.
Can I exchange/return/cancel or refund my group tickets?
All Group ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Coca-Cola Coliseum is located at 19 Nunavut at Exhibition Place.
